1. Return Policy

  • Timeframe: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Conditions for Return: The product must be:
    • In its original packaging.
    • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
    • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. We will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label, if applicable.

3. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, Klupster will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to personal preference or any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If the return is approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is completed.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Some items may not be eligible for returns, including:

  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
  • Perishable goods, hygiene products, or items marked as “Final Sale.”

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order.

7. Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are not possible, but you can still return the product after receiving it, following our return policy.
